General products

Cast Products, Inc. (CPI) warrants all aluminum castings, stainless steel stampings, aluminum extrusions, rubber or plastic molded products manufactured by CPI to be free of defects due to material and or workmanship sixty days from the CPI shipping date. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear, negligence, alterations or deterioration of surface finish due to lack of cleaning and or polishing in normal use. It is the responsibility of the purchaser / owner to routinely clean and polish the surface of the product to maintain the original shine and luster as delivered.

Siren speaker drivers

Cast Products, Inc. (CPI) warrants all new siren speaker drivers for a period of two years under normal use and service, from the marked product date code to the end user. This warranty does not cover speaker drivers subjected to abuse, misuse, improper operating voltage, modifications or incorrect installations. This warranty does not cover deterioration of the speaker housing surface finish beyond the sixty days as stated for aluminum castings. It is the responsibility of the purchaser / owner to routinely clean and polish the surface of the product to maintain the original shine and luster as delivered.

Chrome plated and powder coated castings

Cast Products, Inc. (CPI) warrants all chrome plated and powder coated castings manufactured by CPI to be free of defects due to material or workmanship for a period not to exceed one (1) year from the CPI shipping date. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear, negligence, or alterations made by the purchaser or deterioration of surface finish due to lack of cleaning and or polishing of the material in normal use. It is the responsibility of the purchaser / owner to routinely clean the surface of the product to maintain the original shine and luster as delivered.

Lights / LED Lights

Cast Products, Inc. (CPI) warrants Lights / LED Lights to be free of defects due to material or workmanship for a period not to exceed one (1) year from the CPI shipping date (Supplier Warranty).

Product Returns Policy:

No product may be returned for credit without the prior authorization from Cast Products, Inc. (CPI). Contact CPI at returns@getcpi.com for a return authorization number to insure proper crediting to your account. Any product returned without the return authorization will be returned freight collect. A minimum restocking fee of 25% may apply. Returns will be inspected for improper packaging and shipping damage and at CPI’s discretion; a charge for repairing or refinishing may apply.

This warranty does not cover travel expenses, the cost of specialized equipment for gaining access to the product, or labor charges for removal and re-installation of the product.
